Random Update #5: still doing the assignment

okay... its about 1am and i have about 1,500 words and 1 and 2/3 questions to go... but most of it is bullshit... i hate this subject, i wish the lecturer had given us more straight forward question... i mean come on, this is the first time we're doing a law subject, couldn't you break us in a little bit slower ?!?!?!?!?!?!
